So I won a sweet vid card on eBay for a sweet price. It's "mailed on the 13th" and suppose to "arrive on the 15th" according to the auction holder. But it's now the 20th and hasn't arrived. Please discuss.

Aside from express mail, USPS offers zero timely guarantee on the delivery window. Officially, packages cannot even be declared lost until 30 days pass by. Priority mail is common to take over a week and up to two weeks during xmas.

UPS isn't really better, I have had packages that claimed 3 day delivery take more than a week.

But at least your package gets tracked with UPS so you know where it is, and if the tracking somehow stops they can declare your package lost a lot quicker. No go for USPS, you have no idea where it is and they will give you a mandatory loss period before you can even file an insurance claim.
