I think this is the same camera you are talking about. I know it comes with the lens (dont know which one), but not sure about the memory card. I guess look up the model # somewhere.

Thanks for the link but I don't think this will do :( It shows the lens and all but I need to see if Canon sells it as a kit or if your store just bundles the lenses along with the camera body. There's not much description to it :( But thanks!

That is not a bundle from the store. It is from Canon. Did you try looking up the model #?

EDIT: nvm, someone did it for you. I was trying to show you the package and give you the model #. Well, I guess it helped.

E-mail and ask what? How would you know what to ask? Would you just copy the auction description and ask "does it come with all of this stuff?" I don't think it even entered the guy's mind that it might not come with a lens.

However, this guy is talking about opening a NIB camera body, buying a lens and memory at walmart and using the camera, thus degrading its value.

If he were an honest buyer, he would have opened it, found the "missing" items, and not touched it until he resolved with the seller. Using the camera, imo, is tantamount to acceptance of the product as is.

It was a Christmas gift, the guy has every right to expect to be able to use it on Christmas. Returning the item for a full refund will not fix that situation. And unfortunately, Paypal gives the buyer more control than the seller in these situations.
