That's terrible. I hope they get punished, and as much as I hate to see animals tortured, I don't agree with with the people that say the perps should get physical punishment (i.e. being burned themselves).

You're right, people are worse. Eye for an eye would be the best way to deal with it.. it would act as a deterrent and be revenge at the same time.
