I ordered this bag for my new laptop yesterday at about 2PM. The site was running a special where you got free shipping if your order was over $50, which I had. I ordered the bag and it was shipped out yesterday with an estimated arrival date of August 21st. The bag arrived today at around 4PM, 4 days ahead of schedule.

Just thought I would share this good experience since there are a lot of bad ones out there. I would definitely recommend this site if you're looking for luggage.

Last time I bought a bag on eBags I got 4 American Airlines miles for each $ spent, dunno if they still do that or not.

I'm in southeastern PA and it was shipped from upstate NY I believe. Not a far distance, but I've had things from Ohio and NY arrive A LOT slower before.

i've been buying there for a few years. great experiences, except once, when they forgot to ship a bag I ordered. It came a day later, so that's moot.
