eB*y and AOL...

I was just on eB*y and I saw the URL change to something w/ AOL in it. Some of the images changed too. I typed eb*y.aol.com into my browser and got eB*y but with some aol crap on it. Anyone know whats up? Did AOL buy eB*y and I am just way too far behind the times and did not hear of it. LMK.
