You took away the opportunity for little Billy the cancer patient who only had a few weeks to live who really wanted to play the PS3. His parents can't afford to pay the high price that the "market" is willing to pay so they have to wait until after christmas to get one from a retail store. Billy died last night. It's alright though, because you made $500 profit and some rich guy got to have another toy to add to his collection.

Just because you can do something doesn't make it right. Sure, nobody got hurt, but Billy never got the opportunity to play with something really cool before he died.

It's not a typical situation but it's a perfect example. <////

This same scenerio could be made about everybody who ever does business with anyone with the attempt to make a profit...... If you don't like scalpers or ebay then move out of this country because that is how our economy works. buy low sell high!
what about house flippers, real estate moguls , stock traders etc.

Should we ban them as well?

Move to communist country if you don't like it the state controls everything and you have no opportunity.

scalpers and ebayers wouldn't have a market if they wasn't anyone buying.

US markeeters at there finest. gotta have it now generation = big profits on small supply items.

There was going be a shortage regardless. If Billy's parents cant afford an overpriced PS3, they sure as fvck can't afford to spend time waiting in line for more than a day, missing work.

Haha. I for one, would applaud this measure, were it taken. DIAF scalpers!

:(

Although I wish Sony would do this in the USA as well

idiots.

Capitalism?

I had typed out a decently long explanation of this but I imagine it would be falling on deff ears.

Fsck capitalism. What these people do is completely immoral. They (scalpers) should be ashamed of themselves.
Than economic principle do you believe in? Communism, socialism, anarchism?
