My newspaper on Christmas day had the EB games ad, same deal that BB and CC did recently. When I went to EB the day after Christmas, the store employee rudely told me that the offer expired at 12:00 and I missed it. I had ventured out on my son's birthday, and fought terrible traffic and battled for a parking space for over an hour to hear that. When I got home and looked at the ad (from the Fresno Bee), it was good from the 26th thru the 28th. Jerks!!! Anyway, so I won't go there again, I also called them to complain, and they could care less, they took my name and number and promised to call back, still waiting for that call!!

Was it a mall EB? It's been my experience that mall EB employees are assholes, while shopping centre EBs are quite nice.

Send an email to corporate/customer relations. They'll care about crappy service and attitude.

I had a problem at CompUSA when a clerk told me she would go back and check on an item for me. 45 minutes later of waiting, I found out she had gone to lunch instead. Received two emails, one from corporate/customer relations, one from the regional manager; and a phone call from the store manager

Quite true.

In any event, I know EB corporate wouldn't stand for this and would actually call and complain to the store manager if you reported it (have a close friend who worked at EB).

I've noticed that trend, too.

If it makes you feel any better, I hated EB too... they ripped off my son for $20...

So, last week when KMart had Ghost Recon 2 on sale for $19.99, I had EB pricematch it. :)
The guy looked miserable! I'm sure they loast money on that one.

so is this good UNTIL the 28th, or THROUGH the 28th? If it's still going on today, I might have to stop by!

Thanks

It says 26th THROUGH 28th, thus ending on the 28th. So today is the final day.
