EB EBGames Winter Sale rebate question

Did anyone send in for the Winter Sale rebates from EBgames? It has been over 3 months and I haven't seen squat. Who do I contact about this? I emailed EBgames CS and they said they're going to be getting them out soon, but this was a month ago.

I'd hate to be out $40 :|

it should be a coupon code, I got mine I got hl and in my e-mail I got a coupon from them
