eating a McGangbang right now

I didn't think it was all that bad.

Now the kicker: did you actually order a McGangbang or did you have to order the items separately?

But that's not a SPICY chicken. A Wendy's spicy chicken fillet on a bacon-double on the other hand make a McGangbang look like dogshit in comparison.

I'd rather do Hardee's $1 Spicy Chicken and their $2 "little" thickburger. Sure it's a buck more but it's a much better burger and Hardees Spicy chicken > McChicken.

no meat is fail.

I can add meat if I want, this was just a test run. I think what I'm going to do is make batches of the fried rice and then when I eat it fry up some beef and mix it in. Probably looking at 75 cent a meal then

In terms of taste, perhaps, but NOT in terms of protein.

Eggs have perhaps the most complete protein of all foods.

Rice (grain) and lentils (legume) together provide complete protein.

Protein is built from amino acid chains. There are 22 different ones. Our bodies can synthesize all but 8. These 8, therefore, we must get directly from our diet.

You DO NOT need meat AT ALL to get the necessary protein in your diet. Combo's like lentils and rice together work exactly as well.

Just saying.
