Those coals aren't even ashed over yet, which means they will likley go out halfway through your cooking (when coals are ashed over that means it is buring all throughout the coal, and not just the surface). And also means you are not getting good heat. It looks more like a rib roast than a steak, unless the angle of cmaera is weird.
