Eat It Or Save It?

I went down to my leasing office at my apartments the other day. They have this big Skittle dispenser (about the size of my torso). I grabbed a small plastic cup and filled it up. When I got to the bottom, there was a white Skittle with a blue 'S' on it. Do I eat it or not? I have never seen one before and was wondering if there was some contest going on that I won for free!
