Dietary cholesterol is not a big deal. Enemy number 1 is trans fat and not fat intake. Even if only 20% of your calories came from fat, if you ate poor quality fats like the trans fat in fried food, and frozen food, your cholesterol would still be rubbish, it would just take longer to give you a heart attack.
It's better to eat healthy fats like soybean oil, nuts, avocado, olive oil, etc. Even if you use butter once in awhile it's not a big deal it's better to cook at home and use butter than it is to go out and eat trans fat. Up to 40% of your calories can come from fat if you don't eat junk.
Frozen pie crust is like trans fat hell. The sodium is the least of your worries in a potpie.
