Easytune stuck on loading

Hello. I recently bought a Gigabyte B450 DS3H with a Ryzen 5 2400G, I installed App Center from the Gigabyte Website and also installed EasyTune, System Information Viewer and Fast Boot. Every time I try to run EasyTune, it gets stuck on the "Loading, please wait" screen forever. I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Does anybody know any fixes?

Also, every time I try to open SIV (which I also reinstalled) it just does not open.

P.s: My motherboard is flashed at F2. Maybe I should update to F4?

P.p.s: I am not very good with computers and tech, this is my first build, please excuse my incompetence

Honestly, don't install any of those Gigabyte utilities. They are buggy and i've had to remove them from many customer's computers. Just install the drivers and leave those off.
