Nero is more powerful, but I actually do prefer Easy's interface, and thus I use easy.

Nero. Though really for your everyday data and music burning needs you won't be disappointed with Easy. But if you want anything more in depth then definitely Nero. Also it won't take over your system the way some versions of Easy have for me.
