EASY to install, FREE PC to PC Program?

I've gone through so many it's not even funny. The requirement list is small:

- Free
- EASY to install and establish communication
- Voice and video capabilities.


NO to netmeeting. It's not easy to establish a connection.

Anyone know of such a program?

The reason Netmeeting is free is it uses direct connection meaning MS doesn't have to maintain servers for the program. This is also why you need the ip address of the person you are calling.

All the ones that are easy to connect maintain a server where you can pick out the name of who you want to call. Much easier but the server costs money and that is passed onto you. All the good ones are not free.
 
It always says person not found. What's an easy way to find someone's IP? We've (dad and I) been using Netmeeting by way of MSN Messenger so maybe we should try it direct.

I need it simple because I'm tired of repeating detailed instructions 10 times only to give up in frustration 😀
