Habanero Pot Roast:

1) Find a pot roast recipe somewhere
2) Throw about 10 halved and deseeded/deveined Habanero peppers in with it
3) Cook it just like the recipe says
4) Eat about 11 rolls of Tums and drink 1/2 gallon of Alka-Seltzer
5) Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

(just joking about the antacids, without the seeds and veins, it's really not murderously hot.......... just delicious!)

Dice up some pork
Sear pork
Put Pork in pot on stove top.
Add some chunks of tomato, enough to make liquid when you boil it down.
Add sliced Jalapeno peppers
Also, add onions if desired

Bring it all to a boil, then turn down and let simmer for a couple hours.

Makes great burritos, or meat on a plate with some rice and beans. :)

Easiest and tastiest spicy food I've ever encountered (and you can control the spiciness very easily)

Cook a pound of chicken in a skillet
Toss in a sliced onion (big slices, don't have to finely chop it)
Scoop in a tablespoon of curry paste (or pour in a full jar of curry sauce if you don't have any paste)
Sprinkle some hot chili powder on the mixture, try to get it even (buy this at any indian food market, comes in a big cheap tub and a handful in any dish will have you hallucinating)
Dump in a can of diced tomatoes + a can of water
Let simmer for 40 minutes
Serve over rice or noodles, rice is best for sopping up saucy items like this (rice + curry = deliciousness, it's easy to make this one a vegetarian item)

That's practically all I'll ever cook besides spaghetti

and michaelsslave, cock suace = the red spicy sauce with the picture of a rooster on the bottle, can find it at any chinese food market (and probably the foreign section of any grocery store)
