Easy Question for Someone?

I'm just about to build my new computer and I'm a bit paranoid about blowing everything up.

The one big question I have is this;

When mounting the MBO on the risers in the case do I need to isolate the board from the risers with fibre washers?

Or can I just screw th MBO to the risers - no problem?
 
Don't know about anyone else but I think I've only had to use the washers once because a screw I had was to big. So I guess the answer to your question don't use them.
