heres a question on a practice test that i have, in condensed form:
avg. volume of animal cells: 950 u^3
avg. volume of plant cells: 3200 u^3
By what % are animal cells smaller than plant cells?
I thought it was: 950/3200 * 100 = 29.7%, but the real answer is 70.3%.
Why? How cant i get this retardedly easy question?
