I have 4 4-pin connectors (I think that's what they're called) and two are being used by my burner and cd-drive, and two are being used by my two hds. Is there some sort of splitter that I can get so I can finally hook up my case fans and a new bay cooler?

Also, quick cooling question...is there a way that I can reverse the bay cooler so it becomes a front exhaust fan rather than an intake? It's probably got the most direct route for air circulation to my cpu and I'm about to overclock that puppy to 2.2 ghz (it's the 1700+ tbred on an nforce2 MB).
