Easy one... what version of Oblivion do I have installed? (PC ver)

I don't see any obvious way to.....

There has been 3 patches, 2 of them official.

There was the 1 beta patch at the beginning and then there was the 1.1.511 patch which was the main patch for a LONG time.

Just recently, I gather with the subsiquent release of Shivering Isles, they released the 1.2.214 patch which apparrently loads faster or something like that so it's worth getting.

Also, after you get the 1.2.214 patch, make sure to get the Unofficial Oblivion Patch as stated above (and it's not called the Baldurdash AFAIK, AFAIK it's called the Unoffcial Oblivion Patch... but thats all I know).
Download link:

(really slow, like 30kB/s so it may take a while and you NEED an account, it's free though and AFAIK it's the only place you can download it).

There is also a unofficial fix thing for the first oblivion expansion (which really wasn't an expansion).

Just right click Oblivion.exe and look at the file version?

That works 😛
Didn't even know it did that 🙂
See...

And it really wouldn't matter anyway since the 1.2.214 patch will update any of the versions IIRC.

Dang it!!!! I KNEW BETTER!!!!!

Then again, most of the time that doesn't have ver info.

Thanks guys!
