Good thread everybody except of course for the personal flame attacks on the guy. It shows the diversity in cooking.
With my 1300 Watt Microwave, if I put it on High for 3.5 minutes like above, there would be no water left in the "regular sized" bowl.
Only takes 1.1 minutes for the water to boil and I'm at 1,250 ft so water boils sooner too.
There is a lot of variables.
