I am in need of some good music, stuff that you can listen to without it getting old. Quality music, not some one week wonder or something like that (ie today's crap found in bling bling rap and pop). I don't know too many artists because I usually don't listen to music but I would like to put my new speakers into use. Classical, Beetles, whatever (as long as its not punk rock, bling bling rap, or britney spearesque) is good. Entire albums or singles doesn't matter as I will probably purchase the cd. I can most likely find a clip on cdnow and if I like I buy. I am especially interested in vocals where the singers voice is prevalent but I'm open to all suggestions.

Classical style stuff (i may include anything from the romantic/classical/baroque eras): Verdi, Beethoven, Bach, Handel, Wagner Shoenberg, Brahms, Mozart, Chopin... that's about all I can think of right now.

Rock (including classic, modern, punk/ska, etc) : Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, The Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Coldplay, Lagwagon, Reel Big Fish, Sublime, Third Eye Blind, Alkaline Trio, Eric Clapton, Pennywise, Pantera, Queen, The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, The Offspring, Pearl Jam, NOFX, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Less Than Jake, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Incubus, SRV, BTO, John Petrucci (and Dream Theatre), Bela Fleck, Dire Straits, Jeff Healey, Lit, Finger Eleven, The Police, Tool and Van Halen.

Just a few I couldn't NOT name. :p
