Easy Hard Puzzle

You can't because in the demo...the middle cup is standing up....and when it's your turn to start the middle cup is upside down.
 
Sorry to have spoiled the fun, but I'd hate to see the OP getting replies like "DIAF" and "TPAD" after people realize hours later that the puzzle can't be solved 🙂 It had me going for a couple of minutes until I realized what was going on.
