Does that seem like it may be an easy enough fix? This is a 2002 saab 9-3. Is it worth $1500?

108k miles.
 
That looks easy enough... be be ready for an electrical nightmare... Saabs electrical systems are not good, and not easy/cheap to fix, just a FYI
 
need to look hard at that. IF it got past the lower control arm and tweaked the place that bolts to, bad times ahead. Same with the upper tower area.

This... if the frame needs straightening you might not have a good time.
