I love this time of year. Tournament, Masters, KY Derby last prep races, spring is here. Easter kicks it off.
For me it's all about the lamb and ham and spring/fresh flavors. So there's cast iron skillet roasted racks of lamb. And a ham with cherry/orange/grand marnier glaze. Put this with a tomato/mint/goat cheese salad and some red potatoes with a shallot/herb butter.
