What better time to start an addiction? Heroin is cheap in Philly from what I hear.

i grew up in philly...
but honestly, there's not much worth seeing.

NOT MUCH WORTH SEEING??? compared to WHERE???

I grew up in Georgia, lived a couple of years in Texas, couple of years in Tennesee, 4 yrs in Portland, OR. couple years in Chicago, and about 5 years in Seoul Korea, and i'd say Philly (i currently live in Princeton, NJ) is one of the more interesting places i've ever lived near.

mb you know of a more interesting spot. if so fill me in.

If it's your bag.... you could go to Lancaster PA (Amish Country) or Hershey PA (Hershey Park!!) or even Stroudsberg PA (RailRoad history)

guyver01 meant to say Strasburg, not Stroudsberg.

And no one loves a cheesesteak more than I do, but...Cheez Whiz on a steak sandwich? C'mon! That's like putting ketchup on a filet.

Only provolone on a cheesesteak. Cheez Whiz, indeed.

hehehe... whoops... yes i did mean strasburg..

Strasburg Rail Road is one of my favorite stops when i visit PA..

that and the buffets like Miller?s Smorgasbord

and... if you're a total n00b... ya gotta visit Intercourse :D

The best one I remember was a little place in Lower Marion. Or was it Upper Marion?? Anyway, it was just a little pizza place, and had the most excellent CheeseSteak--the sauce was the best!

Ummm... That's Lower MErion and Upper MErion :)

Lots of good cheese steak places... one I know of is in Havertown... but it doesn't say it's a cheesesteak place... I can't remember what it's called... damn :)

Also T-Luke's has a kick ass roastbeef (not to mention a killer CS) :)
