My dad would like his netbook/desktop and dtr laptop to all share his my documents folder, not via the intranet but over the web. What's the easiest service to do this? It should be as simple as drop a file in that folder and it's periodically updated to all the others. No photos, just xls and docs.

Thanks!

Great - no user interaction required after initial setup? In other words, does he have to initiation sync after updating files or is it all automatic?

Thanks!

It's all automatic. I don't know that it will sync your MyDocs folder though - it does make a special folder and anything you put in it is automatically synced between whatever systems you have it installed on. You can also put things in a shared "Public" folder inside the dropbox and get a special link to share with others instead of doing attachments - then they have a link the the updated one whenever they click it.

Perfect - thanks!
