If you're good you can use a metal spatula (with insulated handle) to grill the burger on, and flip it. This works well if you enjoy grease fires.

Cookie sheet

Aluminum foil

hamburger patties

oven

20 minutes(depending on thickness)

serve

wad tinfoil up, throw it in the garbage and put clean cookie sheet away.

George Formen Grill?

Greese falls into a tray at bottom, still need to clean the grill somewhat but alot easier & healthier than a frying pan.

The George Foreman grill is great, but come on.. It's a fscking pain in the ass to clean.

Then again, I would never consider something that is soiled with grease clean after just wiping it down. That's not clean, that's nasty.

You can't dunk the whole thing under water like you can a normal dish. It's just a PITA.

Main reason I don't use mine anymore.

I am serious about cooking them on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

It works great and there is very little to no cleanup.

Of course, I get 7% fat or less ground beef.

If you're cooking up half a dozen monsters with 30% fat beef, the standing grease may make it harder to dispose of the tinfoil.. But you can just wait until it's cooled and wad up the tinfoil all the same.

The new GF grills have the removable parts.

They are great.

toaster ovens work too.

but the real question is: what are you going to do about the bacon? hamburgers have to have bacon.

The same thing that I suggested!

Broiled bacon on a cookie sheet+aluminum foil FOR THE WIN!

When you use it the next time, the heat kills everything.

Yeah, I know.. but still....

Maybe I'm OCD or something, but I would never be able to put a cooking dish away that was just wiped down.

It needs to be degreased.

Toaster oven + tinfoil. Or one of those grill things you put over a burner on a range + tinfoil.
