So I am going to be looking for a girlfriend after I graduate college next year and I need every edge I can get. Someone recently said that girls like to hear that their potential boyfriends have jobs, especially when you're talking about liberal arts (because most liberal arts guys don't have jobs). Its a way to differentiate myself.

Now I am set on obtaining a job but I need tips on how to proceed. I want one that doesn't require much attention, doesn't require lots of skill to keep, and pays reasonably well. Knowing what you want is half the battle or so I've heard. Now, the other half is actually acquiring one. I am clueless on how to begin. Atot, help me.

Sounds like you want to be a manager. DuPont pays pretty well. I'd suggest applying for a managerial position there.

If I knew of a job like that, I would've taken it already. :)

in the corporation, or would a position at a reseller like walmart work?

Corporation definitely. Neither require smarts, but in a place like WalMart you'll be expected to do manual labor. Being a manager in a corporation is like not working at all ;^)

You don't need a job to get a girlfriend, being tall is a requirement though. Manlets don't get laid (evar).

Look for the local job warehouse - money is actually just stored in a warehouse from where you can distribute it, it's all we do in life anyway (redistribute what has already been here).

If you go there and give them a firm handshake, you should be good to go - expect a modest salary, the ability to watch Netflix at work, and probably see your salary adjust for inflation every year.

Don't work too hard though - you've done your part, you've spent other people's money to go to school and put in a lot of time at the bars to improve your networking, this is when you should be able to kick back and enjoy a nice beer.

Just because you feel like you're working hard doesn't mean you actually are!

is this a real post.

are you talking about a part-time job before you get out of school? 'cause none of those are going to help you with the ladies.

in both that case and most all other cases, it's all in who you know.

have no skills? hopefully you know someone that can get you a job as, say, an assembly line worker in a good union. or an apprentice for a trade, like pipelayer or electrician or something else that pays well (good jobs also often union here).

have some skills and education but no experience? hope you know someone, or you're fucked.

have both skills and experience? you can probably find something on your own. but due to said experience, you'll probably be utilizing contacts you've made in your industry to get good jobs.

also lol @ 'i want good pay but don't want to work hard or have to be good at anything.' i take a lot of work/money from those people in my industry (flat-rate auto mechanic).

Behead the person currently in the position, whilst in a duel and you'll become their successor.
