Easiest way to clone a flash drive?

I created a bootable Windows7 flash drive, but I need about 5 more.
Is there an easy way/utility that will let me just clone the one I made?

there is a setting in windows 7 that u can use to show ALL files (not show hidden files) i used it once was like: wtf there are like 5454 files i dont want to see so i turned it off

if u can find that it should just be a ctrl c/ctrl v kinda thing (if i find it ill post it back here but i prolly wont look that hard)

Control Panel-> Backup and Restore-> Create a System image
