EASIEST FTP software?

I'm looking for the easiest to use FTP software around. Something I could hand to something not experience with computers and let them use. They won't be transferring anything other than basic static html files and images, so no need for anything like chmodding.

the best basic FTP would be to use Internet Explorer's built-in functionality. All they will need to remember is to type the ftp:// address into the address bar, and their username/password.

Is this going to be SSH or otherwise encrypted or plain-jane authentication?
