ive done 200 once in photoshop 6.0, from 1024x768 to 800x600 :) it took a while, but 15 should be a breeze, once you get in a rhythym (sp?)

also imageready has droplets.. it lets you do you thing and save in a jpeg compression.. search on help for droplets

also photoshop does have that automate feature, but it doesn't have it in a compressed form.. I usually get 200K files when using that automate feature

Once you create a droplet, you just drop a folder on it and it does it thing, very easy! I used to do it by hand

i dunno what you people are talking about, like the guy said record an action. when you're recording, save it as a jpeg of a compression of your choosing and you're set. easy as pie.

In Photoshop:
File > Automate > Batch

Forgot to mention that you'll need to create an Action that resizes the images.

yeah, you can record the action in imageready and once you made the action you can right click it and make a droplet..

a droplet is a small file that you can take with you anywhere and just drop and drop folders of images and the droplet will automatically open imageready and do the action.

You guys never use or heard of droplets?
