Building maintenance checked the cracks in my window sills. Deemed to be just cosmetic. Someone will come to patch them up. Much work has been done on the avenue in front of the building in recent years, particularly the last few months, and I think there might be some small differential settling of the building, hence the tension cracks. Earthquake just widened them a bit.
