Early LCD adopters, how much did you spend on your first LCD?

I am my no stretch of the imagination an early LCD adopter but I was going thru my stuff and saw I paid over $700 for my Dell 2001FP a little more than a year ago...damn I forgot I spent so much..and that was a good deal at the time.

I know a year or 2 before that 20" LCDs were going for well over $1000.

I wasn't one of the earliest adopters, but I bought a 15" LCD for $350 in 2000 or 2001.

$600 for a 17" LCD in 2002 i think.
