EAC Question

Am I missing something---I just want to extract all my MP3s (got the external codec working fine) to a Artist/album name folder, then name the file track number-track title.

So far I've only been able to change the file name....and not have it create folders based on artist/album?

I don't have it installed at the mo, so i'm doing this from memory!

In EAC Options, where it asks the filename for extracting WAVs, you can do the following:

%A\%N\%T-%A-%N

or whatever you want where! But, you can use \'s (or if not, then /'s) to specify subfolders 🙂 I personally have all my music ripped with the following structure: Artist\Album\Artist - Album - Trank Number - Track Name.ogg, as I can see from the filename everything I want to know about the track, and if they ever get all put into one directory, it's simple to organise back into folders 🙂

OK.....thx for that. I put slashes in and I must've mistyped em b/c I didn't get folders.

Muchas gracias.
