EA650, is it enough?

I am planning on building two "extreme OC" quad-core rigs, identical systems.

I plan on:
Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz
2 x HD4850 PCI-E
22X SATA DVD burner
640GB WD SATA HD
DFI X48 TR2 mobo

I already bought two Antec EarthWatts EA650 PSUs. They have a 6 pin PCI-E and a 6+2 pin PCI-E connector. Each HD4850 has a single 6-pin PCI-E connector socket.

In another thread dealing with power consumption, someone posted about a rig nearly identical to what I want to build, and he claimed to be drawing 500W at the wall through a Kill-A-Watt device. So with an 80% efficient PSU, that would mean that it had a 400W DC load. These PSUs are "650W", is that enough?

I might add four more SATA HDs to make a RAID5 array with the onboard ICH9R chipset. Will these PSUs be ok for that too?
