In a series of press releases EA confirmed Dragon Age: Origins will be released in the second half of 2009 for consoles (the PC version has slipped back). Link

They've also announced Mass Effect 2 and a Battlefield: Bad Company sequel for their fiscal 4th quarter which is Jan-March 2010. Link

The Godfather II was kneecapped and delayed until sometime between April and June.

And finally, for now, they've announced Dead Space is coming to the Wii in the next year or so and promise that it will be just as scary as the PS3 and 360 version. Per Joystiq, they've implied Wii Motion Plus support.

Bring on Mass Effect 2! The first is definitely my favorite 360 game.

I wonder if we can expect to see a bunch of pay DLC for armor, weapons and other nonsense courtesy of EA.

dang it I was waiting on Godfather ii. Sims 3 too. Not much is gonna happen between now and the summer. Only stuff on my list is SF4 and RE5. maybe I missed something.

I wouldn't be surprised if they went that route. they just laid off 1100 people and earnings were nearly $0.30 below forecast.

So far EA is describing ME2 as 'multi-platform' but hasn't confirmed a PS3 version...

I was waiting for someone to bring that up. Such things make me suspect that there are either exclusivity discussions or technical problems with a PS3 port.
