:hmm: I may have to buy both when I get home, assuming this isn't some 1/2 day deal. I was planning on just getting the 2nd one and using a ME1 save but to be honest it'd be better to play through the first one again.

Mass Effect 2 is a seriously good game for $12. Just now seriously playing it, after buying it last summer for $25 or so. It's a really involved game, so it took me some time to get into it, but once you get rolling, it really draws you in. Of course I've spent about 50x more hours playing BC2, but that's an adrenaline-rush kind of game. ME2 is good if you're in the mood for a bit more adventure and character development.

I've been waiting for Battlefield: Bad Company 2: Vietnam
to go on sale again.

Would like to try the direct download for $8.97 but I'm confused.

It says, " *An updated install of Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 is required to play."
So I have to re-buy the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 that I already have?
Mine is only about 3 months old.
Anyone recently purchase the Vietnam download lately?
Can you just input the keycode at start-up? tia.

It just means your copy of BC2 needs to be fully patched and updated. Vietnam will work on any version of BC2 IIRC.
