Well I got my hardware in.
The CPU is batch Q808A424 made 03/28/08.
BX80570E8400 SLAPL
Anyone know if this is a good batch? I saw earlier where someone mentioned the Q700 series as having good and not so good overclockers.

I've tried with 2 sticks of ram it still responds the same no changes.

Try this:

Robust Graphics Booster = Auto Or OFF
CPU Clock Ratio = 9x
CPU Frequency = 4.05 [9 x 450]
CPU Host Clock Control = Enabled
CPU Host Frequency = 450
PCI Express Frequency = 100
C.I.A.2 = Disabled
Performance Enhance = Standard or none
System Memory Multiplier = 2.0
Memory Frequency = 900
DRAM Timing Selectable = manual 5 5 5 15 or looser

Memory is all on auto timings.

System Voltage Control = Manual
DDR2 OverVoltage Control = 2.1v or +.3v (for 1.8v + .3v)
PCI-E OverVoltage Control = Normal
FSB OverVoltage Control = Normal or +.1v, +.15v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control = +.2v, +.3v
CPU Voltage Control = 1.41v-1.44v (will be ~ 1.35v actual in cpu-z)
Normal CPU Vcore = 1.15v

Ok system is up and running.
Cpu freq at 450
memory is at 1080 divider at 2.4
Upped the memory voltage to +.2
The CPU core is running at 1.35v
Stable at 4050.

I have to set mine 1.35 to get to 4ghz.. and I don't know if it's stable until I do 36+ hours of prime without fail.. I won't settle for less :>

Realtemp shows maximum temps 53/58C , my system temp is about 30C

Cpu in BIOS is 1.35 and under load is 1.34. ABIT IX38. MCH 1.50v, CPU VTT 1.30v
DDR * 2.40 (1080mhz) 2.125v , cpu 450 * 9

This board doesn't have much droop, or maybe it's the power supply I don't know. I have the ABIT IX38 board with Corsair 750W P/S.

I'm still worried about the 5-8C difference in my core temps .. Is sort of weird.. Maybe I will take it apart and lap it and see if it fixes the problem. HS is Tuniq T 120

It's fine at 3.8ghz at 1.28v 450 * 8.5

Just seeing how far I can go now.
