We're talking watercooling + dq6 + ddr3 here. I doubt these results are to be expected on lesser motherboards and on aircooling.

If it does 4.0GHz easily, then it will be very attractive. Even compared to E8400 @3.6GHz. The power of extra multplier is exponential on Intel platform.
