You'll have to give us more than a series number to answer that question. What chipset? What socket is it?

If it is the same board that you have your 9550 in then then answer is yes. Just remember that "ud3p" represents what series it is. Its like telling us you have windows pro. Thats great, 7 Pro, XP pro, 2000 pro?
