E6750

I got the E6750 but haven't installed it yet. It says on the box that the pack date was on 7/30/07, so that one of those chips that overclock well?
Or is it not possible to know until I install it?

That's rather recent, I doubt anyone knows.

Based on what I've read elsewhere, all the 6750's (in fact all the xx50's) are G0 stepped versions, which are reputed to run cool. Hope that helps !
