If it's a G0, you should have a good chance of hitting 3.4GHz. My friend has his at 3.6GHz on an EVGA 680i board, but I imagine the P45 must overclock better.

Yeah... I was stable @ 3.6 on my original MSI 680i. But may be looking at a new mobo because that has PCI-E x16 slot failures when I try to SLI so I RMA'd and the replacement board has the same slot failure but almost as important, the board won't post if FSB is set to Manual.

doing 3.4 on an ip35-e... get a good hsf and some good ram... most people r doing at least as well on 45's as 35's...
