yeap, it not a bad deal :)

I just ordered one for a new sytem. Ordered most of the stuff from the Egg, 3 parts from ZipZoomfly and 1 thing each from Fry's, Buy.com and my cooling stuff mostly from PerformancePC.

I was trying to get the new DFI-965S but Atacom didn't tell me it was out of stock till after I placed the order. So now I have to hunt around and if I don't find one I'll just get a QuadGT. Then I'm all done :)

The Evga 768 8800GTX cost the most by far of any of the items ordered. $569.00 from ZipZoomfly before a $30.00 mail in rebate.

I read the new price set by Intel as of 4/22 was $316. If this is true, I would expect to see further downward movement.

I just paid $317 for an e6600 a month ago, even though I read about the price drops. Patience is a virtue. :disgust:
