First off: this is my friend's computer, I wish it were mine :D

He's got an E6600, Intel Bad Axe 2, Corsair Dominator, and a Zalman 9700.
We tried putting the FSB up to 300 on stock voltage, with the memory at stock voltage, and then later trying the memory at 1.96V. I'm not sure how to lock the PCI bus frequency, or if it comes locked. Also not sure if the voltages need to go up. In any case, it stated at the POST screen that it couldn't boot.

Anybody got some ideas?

Edit:
We raised the VCore to 1.3375, now it's booting fine. Evidently the PCI bus frequency comes locked by default. The memory is now running at 900mhz 4-4-4-12 2.16V. I may return later, looking for which voltage to raise for the processor. Thanks anyways.
