I grabbed an AW9D max this week and I'm still playing with it using the hardware from my 1st rig. For now, I can tell I can reproduce the DQ6 results and it is a bit faster when using identical settings (0.6s faster on superPi 1M).
I have also this Boxed E6600 Batch L628A915, not opened yet. Is it a good batch? Should I try it? If I open it, most likely I'll have to keep it.
I will try later also to set a Max thread, should be useful as there is not much info here (yet).
