Yeah I use the same RAM and setup as you. I was going to suggest +.1 to VDIMM gives you 1.9V for some reason, but turns out you already figured it out :).

Although for some reason I can only get a stable 400FSB @ 1.475vcore.

Since you have pretty much the same hardware, can you list out the BIOS options you have changed?

Pretty much turn everything off in bios that you won't use... Also make sure to set your PCI-E to 100mhz... It may have something to do with the CPU batch you have too. Mine runs at 1.35v instead of 1.325v at the 3.2Ghz with the 400mhz setting for FSB.

Somebody else on these forums had posted pictures of their bios settings, but it is pretty easy. Like I typed, mainly go through and turn off stuff you don't use or need. If that doesn't work, it may be a limitation of the CPU. I've read about some people having to up their voltage to 1.5v so I think it does have something to do with the batch, all hit or miss...

What temp monitor is everybody using in windows xp for this board? Just easytune?

Also, here is my batch number L624A768

So, I have had some good luck... right when I got mine in, I did a google search for that batch number and looked at other peoples settings that got that batch. I suggest you do the same to see what people have set theirs at with the same batch number.

I reset my BIOS and for some reason leaving the CPU OverVoltage setting to Normal puts it at 1.42Vcore, doesn't make sense.

My batch number is L624A264

F4. I had to manually set the BIOS to use 1.325 to beable to get stock voltage, very odd. It seems everything of my RAM was running out of stock settings. Voltage set to 2.1, my tRAS was running at 18 instead of 12. I have to manually set everything, jeez.

EDIT: I can go up to stock voltage to 375 FSB, but moving up to 400FSB I need atleast 1.475V, very odd that I need .125V to remain stable for a 25 mhz increase.

The DS3 might increase voltage on its own as you OC. Mine does for some reason on my CPU, it takes it to 1.4 and I actually go in and lower it manually

If you plan to OC above DDR2-800mhz then the tRAS of "12" needs to be set to 15 for it to be 100% stable. Not sure what my threshold was, but I realized manually setting 5-5-5-15 for the same RAM at DDR2-952mhz was all I needed.
