Yeah, EasyTune5 shows the voltage at 1.31, which is what I set it to. Still, it fluctuates visibly in both CPU-Z and Everest.

ok, at 3.2GHz with 1.33V on the CPU and .1 on MCH and FSB I'm stable in Orthos for 8 hours using the Small FFTs test. Temps are around 56C at full Orthos load. Should I try lowering the FSB and MCH back to normal? I'm trying to get as little overvoltage as possible on this system.

Can't stay stable for more than 3 hours with the MCH and FSB back to normal volts. I've now lowered the CPUv back to normal and loosened the memory timings in hopes that will work. Can loosening memory timings help with Orthos?

ok, with loosened memory timings and stock voltage on everything I'm on my tenth hour of Orthos stable. Woot!

Congratulations! Just remember to run the "Large In-Place FFTs" test too. That's way more likely to error out on my C2D.

Isn't that what "Blend" does? A mix of everything? Anyhoo, up to 24 hours stable now at stock voltage. Happy!

Just adding my experience so you can have a little more insight on what to try.
E6400, Gigabyte S3 board (not ds3 like yours)

Had to run my Corsair ddr2-800 (5-5-5-12 Rated) at 2.1V to get things stable at 8x400. However, i can run the timings at 4-4-4-12 stable.
Ram is only voltage above stock. Vcore is undervolted to 1.275V. All other voltages stock. Orthos blend stable for over 24 Hours, temps in low 40's with Freezer 7 Pro.
