E6300 plus MOBO for $150 at Fry's

AGP 8X mobo... no PCIe. Useless to most people here.

ECS is a decent brand, where basic DFI and Abit mobos have failed me, ECS always just works. Maybe not the best OCing boards, but stable.

good deal, but you forgot to mention it's in store only.

frys is B&M only Outpost is online...he didn't forget anything.

Hot deal!

echow87 was correct in saying that.
Fry's.com or outpost.com is the same animal which is very confusing to many.
The OP should have been more clear.

Frys can do a lot better than $149 for the OEM and this board - the same combo was $159 last October when the C2D came out. The chip should at least be retail.

Friday should bring out a decent deal on the "old stock" C2Ds (I'm hoping).

I dont know whyd you even consider using that mobo. If I bought that combo, the first thing through my mind would be to list it on ebay and sell it for as much as possible.

ECS is absolute junk! I'd never take it over DFI or Abit.
