e6300 @2.8, wolfdale 45nm cpu with 10.5x bus multiplier.

I just wish they'd name it something else, like the E6380 or something. There's already been an E6300.

They'll probably overclock like any other Wolfdale of that stepping.
 
Seems the team responsible for naming this one was smoking some nasty sh!t.

Then again, this is a Pentium E6300, the other was a Core 2 Duo E6300. They could just stick to the naming scheme and give it a E5500 name though...

yes this will confuse the hell out of ebay buyers of E6300s.
 
These R0 stepping chips are strange animals. At first glance E0's seem to be better quality silicons, yet some of R0's are exceptional and Intel's official low-voltage SKUs are made of R0's.

With stock 1.232v -> 3.5G, 1.328v -> 3.7G,

3.5 @ stock voltage? not bad? He's useing a old 965 chipset too.
